Hello, my name is Muse! I’m a professional writer and performing artist, specializing primarily in traditional and indigenous West African styles of dance and music. I’m also a graduate student, focusing on comparative literature and creative writing (fiction).I am a teaching artist who has performed across multiple stages, including music festivals, parades, and residencies specializing in curriculum integration with the cultural arts.My professional publications include short fiction for Paizo (publishers of the Pathfinder and Starfinder tabletop roleplaying games), and scholarly contribution in ethnography for the University of Michigan Press.
